Flexibility is our Strength
Dynamism and flexibility are the basis of our strategy. That applies to both the proximity to our customers and the production processes.
Machines and plants for the pcb-industry are manufactured on an area of about 2000 m² .
The focus is on the plastic engineering. Modules for the horizontal wet processing lines as well as tanks for vertical plating and chemical NiAu lines are planned in our company from the construction to the finished product. The long-standing experience of our staff in the plastic engineering field is a guarantee for the quality of our plants.
Continous training as well as a yearly inspection by the South-German plastic centre Würzburg ensures our staff to get an ever increasing know-how in this field.
A section completely equipped for the mechanical machining of plastics and steels ensures to get the assemblies required for completing our plants.
Here are turned and milled shafts and axes for our wet processing lines as well as complete conveyor assemblies for the automatic plating equipment.
Whether turning, milling or grinding processes, the mechanical production ensures a flexible process flow, which makes us independent of subcontractors and suppliers.
A section completely equipped for the mechanical machining of plastics and steels ensures to get the assemblies required for completing our plants.
The electrical assembly section is engaged in preassembling and wiring control boxes and components for the machines.
Nearly all the machines are SPS-controlled. For visualization and operation either operation units with graphic display or PC-networks are used.
Apart from the traditional wiring, profi-bus-systems are also used. Wiring and flow diagrams are prepared and documented via E-CAD.
In the assembly section our machines and plants are mounted and tested by a crew of fitters. Every plant is completely built-up and connected for operation. Once finished the assembly and electrical works, the machines and plants are programmed and temperature, pressure and speed set with all the machines and plants being subject then to a long-time function test.
Once finished, the CE-marking is made and the acceptance protocols completed.
Apart from the functional tests, all the modules and tanks are checked for tightness.
