Horizontal Roller Fluxer HDF 650

The horizontal roller fluxer HDF 650 is used to apply flux to printed circuit boards before the hot air leveling process. The machine is perfectly suitable for standalone operation as well as for the smooth integration into a horizontal automated production process.

A powerful pump pumps the flux material from the integrated tank to the flux manifold in the flux station. Special spring loaded rollers provide a consistently even flux distribution on the boards surface and push the flux through the holes ensuring a good inside wetting. The special pump system allows to apply also high viscosity fluxes. 

The machine can be equipped optionally with a immersion heater assembled in the flux tank and a PID temperature controller which ensures the exactly proc­essing temperature of the flux.
